Battery rail tranfer cart KPX, powered by battery.The battery provides power to the dc traction motor, which drives the transfer cart.Compared with ac motor, dc motor has the advantages of low burning loss, large starting torque and strong overload capacity.Running distance is not restricted.It has greater safety performance and flexibility than KPJ reel-powered transfer cart, KPD 36V single-phase (three-phase) low-voltage power supply electric transfer cart two series rail transfer cart, running distance is not limited,no insulation requirements on the rail,so the construction is convenient and low cost.
All transfer carts can be equipped with industrial wireless remote control devices.
The heavy duty rail transfer cart designed and manufactured by Remarkable is mainly composed of frame, transmission device (polyurethane horizontal driving wheel), walking device (wheel), hydraulic steering device, safety device, on-board control box and handle placing box device. The wheels of the steerable transfer car are solid rubber wheels with heavy load and stable operation. The two sets of wheels are steering wheels with flexible steering, steel core inside and 40-50 mm thick imported primary color polyurethane glue outside. The car adopts transmission and deceleration device. The active wheel system is arranged at one end of the abdomen of the frame body which is made of steel plate. The system consists of horizontal driving wheel and driving wheel. The horizontal driving wheel is a three in one driving device, which integrates power, transmission and braking. It is compact in structure, small in overall size, and has its own braking function, so it is safer.
